Abstract

Dengue is a mosquito born infection that causes a severe flu like illness, found in tropical and subtropical climates worldwide, mostly in urban and semi-urban areas. The main objective of this article is to make people aware regarding its impact on health and its prevention. There is no specific treatment for this and prevention is fundamental to reduce its burden in coming days.
